    Water Quality, Testing and Threats

    I am really curious as to where we stand when it comes to our water quality, testing and our threats. I was told by a Science Teacher that the wars of the 21 century will be over water. Does anyone have feedback on this? Also who is testing our water and how often? Another topic of interest is the algae bloom . Where do we stand on that issue, what are it's threats and what is being done to address this matter.
